BIOGRAPHY

    Mike Lemmon博士是美国沃都华夏种猪育种集团(Waldo/Whiteshire Hamroc)种猪育种企业总裁， 该企业拥有美国最大的大白和长白以及杜

洛克纯种猪群，从1994年至今向全球22个国家出口优秀的种猪。

    Mike Lemmon博士在印第安纳州北部的一个农场长大的，1975年获得普渡大学兽医学博士学位。他曾毕业于印第安纳州农业领导力学院，历

任普渡大学农学院院长顾问委员会成员，普渡大学动物科学系顾问委员会成员，全美种猪登记协会的出口委员会主席，全美SPF健康顾问委员会

主席兼执行发言人。Mike Lemmon博士是美国猪兽医协会、美国兽药协会、印第安纳州猪兽医集团和全美种猪登记协会的成员。

    1989年正式接手家族企业Whiteshire Hamroc，担任总裁至今，从1989年至1995年，他用6年的时间将该企业从一个水平一般的种猪企业，

发展成为全美国排名第一的大白和长白母猪育种企业，其经历令整个美国种猪行业称奇，并成为美国种猪登记协会(NSR)的优秀示范企业。2003

年和美国历史最悠久的Duroc育种企业合资，成立沃都华夏种猪企业，成为美国最大的杜长大种猪育种企业。 

    2001年至今， 担任美国普渡大学承担的“美国农业部新兴市场培育计划”中国项目特聘国际专家。

Mike Lemmon is the President of Waldo/Whiteshire Hamroc, LLC a swine production and service company in Indiana. 

Waldo/Whiteshire Hamroc is the largest Yorkshire, Landrace and Duroc purebred breeder in the United States.  They have

exported high quality genetics to 22 countries since 1994.

Mike was raised on a diversified crop and livestock farm in Northern Indiana.  He attended Purdue University and received his

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1975.  He is a graduate of the Indiana Agricultural Leadership Institute, serves on

the Purdue Animal Science Advisory Board, is the Chairman of the National Swine Registry Export Committee, is the Chairman of

the National SPF Health Advisory Board and serves as an Operation Mainstreet Speaker.  Mike is a member of the American

Association of Swine Veterinarians, American Veterinary Medical Association, Indiana Swine Veterinary Group and National

Swine Registry.
