刘满秋先生，1964年生，湖南桃源人，1985年毕业于湖南农业大学，同年考入沈阳农业大学农经系攻读硕士

研究生。1987年毕业后分配到湖南省委政策研究室；1993年加盟到北京康地饲料添加剂有限公司工作。1996

年6月与高天增先生共同创立郑州广安饲料科技有限公司，1996年10月投资创建湖南广安生物技术有限公司，

现任湖南广田生物技术集团总裁。2004年，刘满秋先生与河南广安、广州天科公司共同发起成立了广盟牧业

经济合作组织，为中小型饲料企业联合发展探索了一种新的模式。
Mr. Liu Manqiu, the president of Hunan Guangtian Biological Technology Group, was born in

Taoyuan in 1964. In 1985, he graduated from Hunan agricultural university and entered Shenyang

agricultural university to study agricultural economics for a master degree in the same year.

After graduating from Shenyang agricultural university in 1987, he was assigned to work in the

Policy Research Department of Hunan Provincial Committee. In 1993, he joined in Beijing Conti

feed additive Co.,Ltd. In June 1996, Mr. Liu Manqiu and Mr. Gao Tianzeng established Zhengzhou

Ground Feed Technology Co.,Ltd. In October 1996, he invested to establish Hunan Ground

Biological Technology Co.,Ltd. In 2004, Mr. Liu Manqiu, Henan Ground and Guangzhou Tianke

initiated and founded the Ground League Hunsbandry Economic Cooperation Organization, which

explored a new model for the associated development of medium-and-small-sized feed enterprise.
